Bluejay Bakery was founded in December of 2020 by Catherine Widzins. What started as a new hobby during the COVID-19 pandemic quickly evolved into a passion. During the rush of the holiday season Cat realized she couldn’t do it alone and asked Arielle Silk to join the company. Being able to combine their artistic talents and baking turned out to be the perfect way to bring joy not only to themselves but the community. You can find Bluejay Bakery every “now and then” at the Now & Then Marketplace and at other markets, festivals and events in the community.

It is important for both Cat and Arielle to be able to serve those with allergies and dietary restrictions. So many items listed can be made dairy-free, gluten free, vegan or sugar free.
